I get up at 7 o\'clock in the morning and wash myself. Then my mother cooks breakfast. I usually have flakes for the breakfast . They are very delicious and useful. There are whole grains in their composition. And if I get up at 7:30 or at 7:40 I make toasts within five minutes and eat them with peanut butter and pour tea with raspberry. And sometimes I have oat porridge for breakfast, which I do not like very much, but I have to eat it. And when my mother oversleeps I eat apples or other fruit. That is all I have for breakfast.
