Well, as this text is too long I've just looked it through, but I can tell you this essay is quite well written, but there's one mistake to be corrected: in the last line what did you mean by the word "archive"? Was that "achieve"? If yes, you'd better say "achieve our elusive goals" instead of "achieve our ambitions "cos this sounds more English".
