The Games of children-invalids promotes process of social rehabilitation of children, strengthening of health of participants of competitions, adaptation to a life and integration in society of invalids, to formation of traditions of carrying out of the All-Russia children's competitions.
Participants of the Games are children with hearing disorder, sight, children-invalids with disease by a cerebral paralysis, and also with infringements of intelligence. They will compete in several kinds of sports: football, goalball,table tennis, a darts, track and field (athletics), JUDO, equestrian sport.
Я написала Games, хотя Спартакиада - sports and athletics meeting или sports day.
P.S. Ради интереса посмотрела в яндексе-словаре: invalid - вполне нормальное слово по -английски, а disabled - нетрудоспособный, искалеченный.
И с каких это пор конный спорт -air-jumping (конкур -преодоление препятствий - вид конного спорта; олимпийская дисциплина).
Кстати, что называется FYI (вам на заметку), "инвалид" по-англ. будет не invalid, что считается очень оскорбительным, а disabled.
