I really believe that some fashionable clothes can change the way a person looks but there are two situations: in some cases the fashionable clothes can make you look very attractive but I saw some situations when that person look bizarre and disagreeable so I think before you want to were some clothes you must look before in a mirror.

In my opinion, fashionable clothes don't really change the way a person looks . Man/Woman looks brilliant if he/she is opened mind person and he/she loves himself/herself. If person is fun, clever, kind and polite, it doesn't matter what clothers she/he wears. I think, clother is just a thing, which makes a person feel herself/himself more comfidentially.
